Under Section 135 & 92, the Term "Company" is mentioned.
Further, as per Section 2 (20) "Company" means a company incorporated under this Act or under any previous company law.
Hence, Foreign Companies are not covered here to comply with the requirements of Section 92 & 135 of the Companies Act, 2013.
