There are two limits as on date have been prescribed for Bou-back:
1) The limit required approval from the Board: Not more than 10 % of the paid-up + free reserve
2) The limit required approval from shareholders resolution: Not less than 10 % and more than 25 % of the paid-up + free reserve.
