The Extract of Minutes will become CTC as and when it is signed and stamped by the Board of the Company.
Where the form particularly required to attach both CTC of Resolution and extract of Minutes, we have to attach both along with such form. However, if there is no specific requirement to attach both, we can file only Extract of minutes as it cover Board Resolution also.
