I guess the query needs to be re-drafted. it's appeared from the post that the Pvt company already have conducted its AGM on 4th April 2018 since the word 'have' give reference to a past tense.
However, let's say, the last AGM on 28th April 2017, the AGM in current FY should have been held latest by 28th July 2018 (use formula in excel to calculate AGM date then it will be very easy for you)
