Dear professionals,

Greetings !

In my organisation we have issued notice of AGM on 5th September 2021. AGM is on 30th September 2021. However MCA has granted extension for two months ( date of Order 23rd September 2021) . My query is weather our organisation is eligible to get extension. As we have issued notice of AGM before extension order was issued.

Dear professionals,

Happy Morning!

As per the provisions of section 56 of Companies act 2013 allotment of shares to subscribers of MOA is to be made within 60 days from the date of incorporation. What are the consequences if such allotment is not made within time frame apart from monetary penalty imposed therein.
