The financial statement of OPC is to be filed within 180 days from 31st March of the financial year and annual return within 60 days from the completion of AGM.
However, One Person Company does not require to hold AGM, yet the due date for filing Form MGT 7 shall be 60 days from the completion of the 6 months from the end of the financial year.
In case of One person company The Companies (Registration offices and Fees) Rules, 2014- Financial year end date plus 6 months: within 60 days
