Can a company convert itself into LLP without filing form CFSS 2020 since DPT-3 was filed by them after the due date with normal filing fee ?
In my view, the company has to wait till that form is launched & filed & then go for conversion.

I am getting error while uploading Form 8 for LLP as " please attach mandatory dsc for din no xxxx"
Any solution for this? I have attached all the signatures. Latest version of form downloaded and tried uploading through IE, Chrome and Firefox.

XYZ company filed the case and court ordered ABC company to hold it until court further orders...

In DIR-12 for Change in designation, what all attachment is required?
Only Resolution for Change in designation will do? or need to attach Resignation as MD and also attach DIR-2 as consent to act as Director.
