Some Retailers are collecting GST but are not having GST Registration.
This will come under which section non compliance.
And what is the remedy against this.

If you found the bill, GST number or the rate taxed to you are fake or not in right format, or say not having GST Number then raise the complaint by using contacting modes as given below:
