1. Aadhar & PAN of the Proposed Directors and Shareholders.
2. Email ID & Contact Details of the Proposed Directors and Shareholders.
3. Educational Qualification, Occupation and Place of Birth of the Proposed Directors and Shareholders.
4. Passport Size Photograph of the proposed Directors and Shareholders.
5. Permanent Address Proof of the proposed Directors and Shareholders (Aadhar/ Voter ID/ DL).
6. Present Address Proof of the proposed Directors and Shareholders (Electricity/ Telephone/ Gas Bill).
7. Registered Office Address Proof (Electricity/ Telephone/ Gas Bill).
8. Additionally, Rent Agreement in case of rented property.
9. Authorized and Paid up Share Capital of the Company.
10. Main Objects of the Company.
