The Companies which are not required to file e-Active Form INC-22A are :
1.Companies which have been struck off or under the process of striking off
2.Companies under Liquidation,Amalgamation or Dissolution.
3.Companies incorporated after 31st december 2017.
The Companies which are restricted from filling are :
-The Companies which has not filed its due financial statements u/s 137 OR due annual returns u/s 92 with the registrar.
(Exception:unless such Company is under management disputes & registrar has recorded the same on the registrar).
