Lapse of filling Inc 20A after incorporation

Sir,
If the company have not filed Inc 20A yet as six months has lapse since incorporation . Now onwards company want to file the non compliance then what will be the remedy as at the time of filling inc-20A a pop up is showing first file inc- 28 then only you can fill the Inc 22- A. But inc-28 is file for RD order and it's a matter of condonation of delay as far I know so how to proceed kindly suggest the corrective measures should be taken to make the solution.

Sir,
In the case of company incorporation of an Indian co. Where 2 members are there and both are foreigner .
Kindly suggest how we get CG approval as in resubmission mail MCA has asked foriegn member to take CG approval before becoming the member in Indian co.
