If a Director is having multiple DINs and he has not filed his KYC Form before the 15th of September, 2018, how can he file his KYC now as the status of all his DINs is showing as deactivated?
Further, if he wants to surrender the extra DIN obtained by him, how can he do so?
Is he required to file the KYC Form for all the DINs first and then surrender his multiple DIN?

    • Dear Ekta,

      This is a practical issue.

To my mind, MCA will not allow filings of all KYC and also even it does permit, there is no point in spending money for all KYC. Try to file first DIR-5 wherein keep the oldest DIN irrespective of the fact that the oldest DIN has been associated with any company or not.

Alternatively, try to file DIR-3 KYC for the oldest DIN.

See what works for you. At last, it is always viable to visit RD-Northern.
