Before ,companies (Meeting of board and its Powers) Amendment Rules 2015 it was mandatory to file the resolution to take a note of disclosure of Directors interest in MGT-14 to ROC as per section 179(3)(k) read with 117(1)(g)of companies Act 2013.
But After amendment by the Companies (Meeting of Board and its Powers) Amendment Rules, 2015 Dated 18th March 2015, it was omitted. so there is no need to file MGT-14 to ROC.
