once the name is strikked off from the register by ROC then there i9s no such liablity arises on part of Directors.
But if any claims has been made by any govt./person on the Company then dIrector will liable to indemnify such claims.
as i hope you remember we also file indemnitiy bond by individual Directors. at the time of filing STK-2
