companies section under merger small
A private company has been incorporated in February 2017. So FY for it is 21/02/2017-31/03/2018.But the issue is first auditor has filed ADT- 1 giving FY for audit as 21/02/17-31/03/18.Can he do the audit for actual FY.Irrespective of wrong ADT-1.
