Dear sir,
we want to incorporate llp which is providing insurance and mutual fund advisory services. i applied for Name Approval Following query raised from Roc. i want only 2nd name "prominent financial services imf llp. my question is whether noc from irda is enough. i already attached 2 noc from irda with below name. or we should attached relpy letter if yes then plz send formate of reply letter.

"1. The proposed 1st name is identical / nearly resembles with ""K.D. FINANCIAL SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED"" and shall
not be registered as per Section 15(2)(b) of the LLP Act, 2008. NOC from all Existing company along with KYC of company & authorised signatory is required to be attached. Or add a suitable prefix/ suffix/ activity to make it unique one.
2. For the 2nd name, in-principal approval of IRDAI is required to be attached as the company is doing business of ""MUTUAL FUNDS & INSURANCE"""

The defects or incompleteness in any respect in this eForm as noticed by the Registrar have been placed on the
Ministry website (www.mca.gov.in) In view of the above, you are therefore, directed that this eForm should be resubmitted complete in all respects by 09-04-2019 failing which the eForm shall be treated as invalid and shall not be taken on record or transaction shall be cancelled.
