RBI approval would be required for the approval of incorporation of LLP with below mentioned objects:

To provide consulting, advisory, or any other related services in or outside India to clients on the feasibility, sustainability, prospects or any other related matter of investments proposal under consideration with or without charging fixed or variable fees, to provide consulting, advisory, mediation or any other related services in or outside India to clients and to buy, sell or participate in business enterprises or assets in accordance with the requirements of clients for a fixed or variable fees. To raise the funds from investors in or outside India in accordance with the laws for time being in force in India and to use the raised funds and the capital of partners by subscribing or buying the equity shares, preference shares or debt instruments of or by lending money to firms, private companies and public companies for generating risk adjusted returns on investments. To facilitate the debt funding and equity funding from the clients to fund seeking companies directly or through funds setup under any law for the time being in force and to charge the fixed fund management fees from clients and/or investors based on the agreement entered into with clients and/or investors. To charge variable fees based on the accrued or realized returns generated from investments in accordance with the agreement entered into with clients and/or investors. To facilitate buying or selling assets or interest in enterprises for financial or strategic or any other purpose of clients.
