Kindly clear the doubt, in case of share transfer to a new member & transmission, the following entries are correct or not:
share certificate number & distinctive number -------- SAME
Folio numbers---------- NEW
In case of duplicate share certificate:
Folio number: NEW
Share certificate number: NEW
Distinctive numbers: SAME
