Anyone got notice from MCA regarding MSME suppliers payment ?

I have received the same but it seems fake notice ? Is there any possibility ..kindly reply

Subject :- Support and outreach initiatives for MSME Sector – regarding payments to micro and small enterprise suppliers.

In continuation to earlier notice dated 18.10.2019 and as per Hon’ble PM’s 12 Key announcement on 02.11.2018 regarding support and outreach initiatives for MSME Sector, the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises has issued notification No. S.O. 5622(E). dated 02nd November, 2018 which states as under :-

“In exercise of powers conferred by section 9 of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, the Central Government hereby directs that all companies who get supplies of goods or services from micro and small enterprises and whose payments to micro and small enterprise suppliers exceed forty five days from the date of acceptance or the date of deemed acceptance of the goods or services as per the provisions of the Act, shall submit a half yearly return to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs stating the following:
(a) The amount of payments due; and
(b) The reasons of the delay.”

2. It has been noted that your company acknowledged supplies of goods or services from MSME enterprises and payments to them due even after expiry of forty five days from the date of acceptance or the date of deemed acceptance of the goods or services.
3. In view of above you are hereby advised to liquidate the outstanding dues towards MSME enterprises immediately, if, not already cleared.

4. A prompt action on your part will be appreciated.
