Sir, I am also facing same problem.
I know He can't file DIR 11 (due to deactive DIN), But Resignation can also be filed through DIR 12, in which DSC of any other director can be affixed whose DIN is active.
So, Can I file Resignation in DIR 12 without filing Dir 3 KYC of resigning director...?

My query is regarding the amount of stamp paper duty to be purchased for execution of LLP Agreement in delhi.
Kindly confirm me the amount of stamp duty if the contribution of LLP is Rs. 1,50,000/- and the agreement is going to execute in Delhi.

Filings of DIR-3 KYC is mandatory because that will only enable him to file DIR-11 (Form for Resignation by the Director who is resigning).
