please share the Rule 12 Declaration format for Company. my RUN Name approval was rejected on the below remarks: " "1st Proposed name and objects of the company include /indicate the activity of finance/Investment etc, furnish a declaration as per rule 8 (2) (b) (xiii) of the Companies (Incorporation) Rules 2014.."
