What are the options with a legal representative after the death of a registered shareholder?
While checking availability of Trade Marks (word mark) are we required to check the word mark with same pronunciation as well?
Example, if I want to register the word mark "CORUS", along with the spelling should I also required to check the words with same pronunciation like "KORUS", "CHORUS", "CORAS", "KORAS"
Our company is registered under under section 10 of CGST Act, 2017. As on June 10, 2022 our turnover exceeds the threshold limit provided u/s 10 we have to register under normal scheme. If we register under normal scheme today i.e., July 13, 2022, Shall we eligible for ITC of stock held by the company and also on Capital good purchased by the Company?

We have filed the form, for cessation of Director due to non availability and not attended any Board Meeting from 12 months.
We have attached in the form DIR-12: 1) Extract of Minutes of the meeting for cessation, 2)proof of sending notice of Board Meeting to Director
But ROC is asking for necessary proof of evidence of cessation.

One Limited Company Incorporated in march 2014 but yet to file COB with ROC although commencement did within a month after incorporation, just failed to file a form with ROC.
Due to the unavailability of 1956 forms failed to file the same with MCA. Now Company wants to file COB as on, then which form do we have to file with ROC and other compliances need to be done to make the company compliant.
PLease give advice on it if anyone can able to reply my query.
Dear All,
A party is willing to acquire through NCLT a company with accumulated depreciation loss of ?40 to ?60 crores.
They are expecting a capital gain of ? 37 crores in April 2021, for which they need to acquire such company ASAP and merge their company with it.
Even defunct company with accumulated depreciation loss over ?40 crores will also do.
Deal size can be maximum upto ?100 crores.
Anyone please let me know, if there's any company to offer.
