Normally in organisations purchase orders are signed by head or senior of particular department and agreements are signed in whose favour there is board resolution
Please advise

Hi All,
A director middle name on PAN Card is having VITTAL where as on MCA it is VITHAL. Also on Aadhar & Passport it is Vithal, whereas in DSC it is Vittal.
Now while filing DIR-3 KYC, PAN error comes with Vithal and if I file with Name as Vittal it is not same as MCA.
Please guide, how to move.
