Can I use my USERID and password of the earlier version to log in to the Comprehensive e-filing system?

1 private limited cos was incorporated in 2012 with 1 lakh capital paid up capital.
Next year in 2013 BAlance sheet shows figure of 35 lakhs...No form 2 for Return of Allotment was filed..
What is the remedy for this ?
