Dear professional colleagues,
A real estate company has ideal funds. As it is not getting suitable projects it want to make investment in stocks and precious metals like gold etc. It's MOA is also had an objective relating making such investment also.
Now my query is whether any other registration is required to be taken from RBI or from any other authority. Any other provisions applicable to this?
