Can anyone share the draft of Indemnity Bond/Agreement to safeguard Directors or Promoters of the Company.
Is there a change in the format of affidavit & indemnity bond for striking of LLP ?
Kindly send me a new format.
we have received resubmission that Affidavit and Indemnity
Bonds are not made as per the prescribed format in the light of Limited Liability Partnership (Amendment) Rules, 2017 vide Notification dated 16.05.2017

With respect to Indemnity bond for LLP strike off,
1) Is a separate indemnity bond to be prepared for each Partner or a single indemnity bond signed by all to be attached
2) Is a professional like CS / CA required to be a witness or any relative / Friend of the Partner furnishing his details can be a witness to the signature indemnity bond.
Kindly guide. LLP is registered with ROC, Mumbai.
