If a Company has a subsidiary only till 31st March and on the same day sells its shareholding to get away from having subsidiary company. Do the company still requires to maintain consolidated financial statement for that financial year ?

Is It mandatory to keep all the documents, records, registers and minutes of a company in E-Form?
our company has shifted registered office and after filing form inc-22 new address is appearing in master data. But 'Address other than R/o where all or any books of account and papers are maintained' is showing the old address. This address can be changed only if we file form AOC-5.
But in our case both places are same.
Can we request MCA to delete that address as we do not require this column anymore now.
What are the records which a person having custody over the goods in the capacity of a carrier or clearing and forwarding agent need to maintain?
