Is it mandatory for a companies to keep its documents records, registers and minutes in electronic form?
Every Company to keep and maintain following Registers :
? Register of Members
? Register of Debenture?holders
? Register of other Security Holders
? Index of the Registers
Is any other things which required to prepare under Companies Act for normal Private Limited Company ?
Whether all statutory registers maintained under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 need to be converted to electronic mode within the stipulated period of six months pursuant to the provisions of Companies Act, 2013?
