I would to know, in case a person holds a word mark in a particuar class of trademark, can MCA object/reject to give approval for reservation of name for a proposed company doing business in a different class of goods, because the proposed name of the company includes a wordmark.
Can some body dealing with trademarks area, give some guidance.

There are many companies and LLPs registered but CRC is objecting the same. Where it is written that THE is not allowed.
