Can anyone confirm that in case of condonation of delay in filing CHG-4 beyond 300 days, if we are filing form CHG-8, it is asking for SRN of CHG-4. So do we have to file form CHG-4 before filing CHG-8?

According to sub-section (1) of section 82, a company shall give
intimation to the Registrar about the payment or satisfaction in full of
any charge registered within a period of thirty days from the date of
such payment or satisfaction. Is there any recourse available to the
company in case such period of 30 days elapses ?

The amount of loan was fully paid off to bank in August,2020 but charge satisfaction form was not filed with the ROC at that time, now can we file it with additional fees as now it is beyond 300 days or we have to make an application to CG for extension of time. Kindly share your views.

One of my Private Limited Company there is one charge showing of Rs.15,00,000 since 17/03/1986 till date the status is OPEN .
But the Company has never taken such loan from any bank ,now in todays date what needs to be done .

I have applied for condonation of delay in satisfaction of charge for a company. Regional director, Northern Region has given order and the copy of order is filed to Delhi ROC along with proof of payment of cost imposed by regional director in form INC-28 And this form is approved buy form chg-4 is still not approved and status is showing as pending for INC-28. what to do, please Advise.
