    Dear Experts,

A Private Limited Company was incorporated on 10.06.2020 with 2 Directors who are also subscribers of MOA and AOA.
One of the Directors wishes to "subscribe to capital as stated in MOA by way of stock and Fixed Assets" which are held by him as a proprietor.

My Question is with regard to as follows:
1.) Is Valuation Certificate mandatory for filing Form INC-20A.
2.) Should the Valuer be certified by IBBI as per The Companies Rules,2017 or a General Registered valuer is enough.
3.) Any specific format for valuation certificate to be attached.
4.) whether Form PAS-3 should be filed in this case.
5.) Does a Resolution needed u/s 192 for Non-cash Transaction with directors for this case.
6.) Any other compliance to be done beside the above.

    Thank you in advance.
