Dear Members,
Kindly provide the Answer with provision of Act & Rules for below mentioned query:
Agenda Item of AGM Notice: Re-appointment of Mr. Mahendra Shah ( Executive Chairman and WTD) for another term of 5 years.
Related person on Board:
Mr. Jatin Shah (son)( Managing director of the company)
Mrs. Pushpa M. Shah (Wife) ( Executive Director of the Company)
other related persons from friend & family are the members of the company.
My question is whether Father, mother, wife, son & daughter or others as covered in word related as per section 2(76) would be barred from voting or if voted either by e-voting / ballot paper, should their votes to be invalidated?
In this Agenda Item, who can not vote?
