My query was related to Search and Status Report.
It generally includes:
Further, it depends who require this information.
It may vary according to the need and asking authority. It can be banks, shareholders, suppliers, govt., directors etc.
Government Authorities like Income Tax Authorities, GST, RBI, SEBI can also ask for the Search Report to know the present status of the company and various other financial filed by the company to the concerned Registrar of Companies.
