LLP agreement not executed

LLP has adopted schedule 1 of the llp act and no agreement is executed . While filing form 3 what should be the attachment as agreement is not executed. Please guide

LLP Agreement is necessart as an attachment and has to be filed within 30 days of COI Received. Beyond 30 days, additional fees shall be paid to MCA.
