    How can a person who is in promoter group of a public listed company (also related to promoter) sell his shares? Is there any compliance under any law, or any disclosure required???

      You can reclassify the promoter group to public category pursuant to Reg 31A of SEBI Listing Regulations, if all the conditions are fulfilled or else opt for Inter-se transfer pursuant to Reg 10 of SEBI Takeover Regulations.
