If number of directors is more than 15, addendum is required to be filed with eForm DIR12. Any other case ?

Can we together request ICSI and MCA to bring in spice addendum
We currently need to file a form where moa aoa is applicable as an attachment for 11 subscribers and it seems impossible to reduce the size to 6mb
We are sure rest of the members face the same issue ,also the form doesn't get saved and we have to fill details of all subscribers again in case mca logs out while filling the form.

Please let me know how much is the stamp duty in karnataka for addendum for new LLP agreements due to addition of new partner.
