Hello professionals. My query is related to the filing of LLP. I have to file a LLP FORM 3 and FORM 4 for change in capital contribution among the designated partners and there will be admission of new 3 Designated partners and resignation of the existing two designated partners. We have incorporated all these things in the same supplementary agreement But now the confusion is if all the existing dps resign from the same deed who will sign the forms for resignation and admission and change in capital contribution of the LLP.

OPC Want to Appoint one Additional director & his appointment will be regularised at the coming AGM 2022
As per Sec 152(1), it's clearly given that in case of OPC, an individual being a member will be the First director untill the directors are duly appointed by the member.
therefore according to me i can do that but please let me know when AGM is not application what will be the Tenure for Additional Director ?

Can we have one supplementary LLP agreement for admission of two new designated partners and resignation of the existing two designated partners and file single form 3 & form 4 for the entire amendment or do we need to do the admission and resignation separately ?

I have a Doubt regarding, creation of LLP Deed Admission cum Retirement - details are :
Two designated partners are doing business and one of the partner willing to retirement and some one like to become a partners on same date for continue in the same firm,
Can we make the LLP deed admission cum retirement on the same date in one deed.
Is this deed valid ?

Dear members ,
In a LLP there are three individual designated partners X, Y & Z.
Y & Z retire as partners & Two Body corporates- A & B Ltd(private cos ) are admitted as partners into LLP . Their nominees P & Q are appointed as designated partners .
The date of event is 18/01/2021. On same day, both retirement & admission happens .
Profit sharing ratio is also getting changed .
Kindly advise & guide on the technical aspect with respect to filing of Form 3 & Form 4 .
