Is it mandatory to File Form 8 for said LLP for 31st March, 2021. or we can filed from incorporation date 12th March, 2021 till 31st March, 2022

I have a case in my Close Friend Circle
I want to have your legal opinion on this
Mr. X who has the date of birth dd/mm/yyyy has a claim in property
he go married with a girl 2 years back ( registered marriage) on wrong KYC ( Pan Card and Aadhar Card) which are different from original Documentation
now he died due to Covid 3 months back and his date of Death Certificate is based on the original Documents.
He was doing job and there also KYC is original only
only second marriage which he did was on the duplicate wrong Documents (KYC) he was a legal Divorcee
now my point is
Can his second wife do claim any right in the property as the Certificate is based on the wrong documents or KYC.
Please share your legal expert advise so I can help my Friend's Family in this tough situation
