Now the following rules to be applied
6 months of closure of financial year
Gap between one AGM and another AGM - July 2019 to october 2020
Whichever earlier and here 15 months is ruled out because it is beyond September, 2020 we need to take 6 month of closure of financial year is relevant here
You can take complete AGM before 31st December, 2020
