hitherto MGT 7A was not asking for SRN no. of application for extension of time for holding the AGM. But now it is asking for the SRN no.
what is to be done now.
AGM was held on 24.11.2021
Due date of AGM entered is 30.09.2021
Extended due date after grant of extension 30.12.2021
This is for a small NBFC Co.
