Dear Members,
A Private Limited company has altered its Articles of Association. To give effect to the same, we have filed Form MGT 14. But MGT 14 came for resubmission with the below remarks:
"Alterations in AOA are not authenticated."
Please let me know what should be the next step for this remark.
