I have made payment of Challan on 12.02.2021. In Track Payment Status it is showing "PAID". But in Track Transaction Status it is showing "Pending for Payment Confirmation". Anybody else facing this issue?

Dear Members,
I have filled DIR-12 form on 6th Jan and made the payment on 7th Jan but till date transaction status still shown pending for payment confirmation and Payment status show paid. And Director master data also not changed till date. Also raised ticket but did not get any solution till date.
Please let me know that, what need to be done in that case.
