Please request clarify below details for incorporating LLP.
1. Two directors are US nationals with OCI card along with pan and Aadhar card.staying in India from past 4 years
2. One director DIN deactivated.
3. Out of two director, one director residential status is India national whose DIN is active.
Please let me know whether we need to do apositie the passport and how to proceed further.
