I am getting PAN Validation error in Spice form since 1st week of December..I raised a ticket pertaing to the same on 4th December 2019 but still the compliant is in queued.
I tried each and every possible steps to overcome from this problem but it is through MCA so I raised a ticket.
I regularly take follow up on call also on corporate seva kendra but everytime they said our technical team is processing and they also added this problem exists for all... I want to know how many peoples are getting the same error....they are giving no solution and client is regualrly bombarding on me..what to do in such case.
Kindly advise if anyone is facing the same.
