In one of my client case the Auditor is not issuing financial statement for March 2020...my client is behind him since december but he just says today tomo but no luck...the auditor has been apptd for 5 yrs...
Now what recourse can my client take against the auditor without the auditor's involvement... i mean without need of auditor represnetation or resignation can the auditor be removed with due compliance of law
