How the forty-eight hours are calculated as per the provision of demanding poll in General Meeting ?

AGM to be called during business hours (9AM to 6PM) except
National Holiday, in the same city where the Registered Office
is situated, In case of Foreign shareholders and VC is allowed for the F.Y 2022 then how to follow the timeline proceedings and both country having different Time formats?

my Form DIR-12 is require to file for employment in law firm.
Now in this case do I require to attend minimum CPE hours or I am exempt to attend credit hours
