my view is different, ID is making payment to have his/her name on Data bank and having name in data bank he might be appointed by one or more company. further He is making payment to be eligible for appointment as ID. It is expense in Individual capacity and can not be considered as Expense of Company. The Company can pay higher Sitting Fees in alternative.
If we think on above view, to become Company Secretary of Company we are making annual fees payment to ICSI and ICSI maintain our name in Register of members. and then we become eligible to be appointed as CS of Company. We can not demand such membership fees from Company.
