Pls clarify the doubt
The Company has incorporated on 2017 and not carrying on any business or operation, even though they're not opened a bank account in company name till now.
Is it possible to file STK-2 for strike off such company.
Can we file all ROC forms ANNUAL RETURNS under inactive status of ROC master Data ?
Can you do ROC filing for a company in India when the director has left, that director has inactive DIN number?
