Company Secretary opening in Nationalized Bank

Dear Members,

A Company has filed SH-7 and increase authorized capital. However MGT-7 of the Company relating to previous year is pending to be filed.

Now if the company files MGT-7, will it alter the authorized capital in the Master Data?
