Consider this and suggest:
Company A has 1 individual (50%) and 1 body corporate shareholder (b ltd) (50%)
B Ltd has 10 shareholders holding 10% each.
Then who shall be the SBO??

MCA vide its notification dated June 13, 2018, has enforced the provisions of amended Section 90 of the Companies Act, 2013 and also issued the Companies(Beneficial Interest and Significant Beneficial Interest) Rules, 2018 in relation to Significant Beneficial Ownership ('SBO').In this regard, How will the natural person be identified in case member is a body corporate?
